Armada commanders are low rank admirals. These officers will be able to deploy multiple ships for missions of great importance. They will decide when and where to send the fleet, and may even be able to generate missions for other players. Armada commanders will also be able to take up missions themselves when they deem it important enough for their involvement.
The Armada officers will have access to all available Federation ships, and may be able to temporarily command vessels produced by federation allies as well.
